Hướng dẫn khi sử dụng Viber!

In Vietnam, I used my iPhone make a call by viber it's OK,
when I'm in Japan I still can send sms by viber (my iPhone is now No Service)
but I cannot call by viber, "Call failed",
and cannot recive a call from Vietnam even thought my iPhone rings a bell.

Please help me how to make a call and receive a call from Vietnam.

It could be that the network you are connected to is blocking Viber's traffic.

1. First, please try uninstalling and reinstalling Viber when connecting to a few different WiFi networks (in order to pinpoint the source of the problem). What are the results?
2. Also, please make sure the following ports are enabled ("forwarded") on your routers or firewalls:
TCP: 5242 + 4244
UDP: 5243 + 9785

(if you are not sure how to enable ports, you may contact your router manufacturer)

I used connectify soft from PC, iPhone connected internet using connectify's wifi so viber "Call failed".
Now I'm using a router, viber is OK.
